519WVR431ML._SL160_ Casio Mens Pathfinder Solar Digital Watch #PAG70-1VSet a course for adventure every day you wear this solar-powered Casio Pathfinder Triple Sensor men’s digital watch (model PAG70-1V), which includes a built-in digital compass, altimeter, barometer, and thermometer. The digital compass displays 16 directions and has a 5-set memory capacity that captures direction, month, date, and measurements time data. The altimeter measures up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters) in 20-foot (5-meter) increments, and it can store 50 sets of altitude memory with date and temperature. It also provides a target altitude alarm and graphing capability for target and altitude tendency.

This large, round watch features a stainless steel/resin case and large buttons that are easily accessible even when wearing gloves. Because it’s solar-powered–charging in either sunlight or indoor light–you’ll never have to deal with changing the battery. Light enters the watch through the sapphire crystal and dial, and hits a solar cell beneath the dial. Current is created and stored in the battery. The duplex LCD provides two liquid crystal panels, enabling you to select from among different display patterns.

It offers a 1/100-second stopwatch with a 60-minute measuring capacity and elapsed time, split time, and 1st/2nd place time modes. It also includes a yacht timer, which is used to time the start of regattas. The countdown period can be set from 1 to 10 minutes. An acoustic signal is emitted after each minute has elapsed and then once a second for the last ten seconds. Other timekeeping functions include a daily alarm, optional hourly time signal, and 12/24-hour formats. Other features include a comfortable resin strap, scratch-resistant mineral crystal, AfterGlow LED electro-luminescent backlight, and water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet).
Customer Review: Battery Replacement is Required…Eventually
Despite what is said about this solar watch, it is possible that your battery will need to be replaced in about 6-7 years. Doesn’t seem like a big deal does it? The only thing that you are going to have to do is send it back to Casio to replace the battery to the tune of $60 plus shipping. $60, what? This is a $300 watch already, why is it an additional $60 to replace the battery? I love my PAG-50, but it is time to replace the battery and $60 to replace it is a little tough to swallow.
Customer Review: cool watch
i really like this watch. pretty much does everything. Not extremely accurate especially the temperature, but it is close. it takes a long time to get a full charge unless you live your life outdoors. i work indoors.
Matter of fact, the only time it had a full charge was when i spent a week vacationing in Mexico!
Otherwise it looks great. Buy Casio Pathfinder Here

Customer Review: Big watch with big features
This watch has a lot of great features, if you fly, or want to tell how far off the ground you are in your office this is the watch for you. Your body influences the temperature, so they recommend you take off the watch to use this feature. The compass works great. The barometer is OK. Having analog hands and digital time is cool. This is a toy for most men, and the case is LARGE. Picture a stack of silver dollars and you’ll get the picture. This is one of the handicaps in buying something like this on line. All in all a nice toy, but the third party seller should have put more info in their product detail.
Customer Review: If It Only Did the Dishes Too…
Although I hike and occasionally backpack, I bought this watch as more of a curiosity than a necessity. It is a pretty amazing little machine. It is bulky, about two inches in diameter and almost a half inch in thickness. It’s comfortable though due to it’s relatively light weight for it’s size. Almost immediately I forgot it was strapped to my wrist. I think it’s actually a very cool looking watch too. Sorta ruggedly stylish. I think the analog hands tie the design of the face together although they do interfere with the main digital readout somewhat. Also, the face of the watch is grey, not the blueish look as the picture displays. It glows bright blue when the backlight is activated which incidently can be set to activate whenever you tilt the watch to your face…..very cool.
The features are the reason to buy a timepiece like this and they certainly don’t dissapoint. All functions perform very well and seem fairly precise. The compass is especially neat.It displays all four directional points and the angle bearing in relation to magnetic north. The temperature can be set to read celsius or fahrenheit, and the barometer actually creates a simple graph of it’s most recent readings enabling you to predict the sort of weather approaching at a quick glance. As for the altimeter, I can’t say I’ve really used that yet as I haven’t taken any trips to real areas of elevation lately…mostly just sea level.
In closing I really am growing fond of this watch. Just sit it out under a lamp if you don’t get outside much and it charges itself. When the lights go out it goes to sleep, turning off almost all of it’s LCD readouts, then springs back to life when the lights come back on. It’s like having a mini-weather station on your wrist that’s fascinating and functional. It seems very well built and if my past history with Casio watches proves true I have no doubt it’ll be with me for decades to come. It’s obviously alot of money for a digital watch, but all in all it’s uniqueness, gizmo-factor, and slew of information made it a solid value for my purposes. So far, so great.

Customer Review: Let down
I bought this model last month; was excited about the “triple sensor” features. It is a let down! It’s basically good for just telling time.

The compass settings were off; had to be recalibrated manually.

51K9NKMX8ZL._SL160_ Casio Mens Pathfinder Atomic Solar Digital Watch #PAW1200-3VCustomer Review: Almost Perfect
I actually enjoy my Sea Pathfinder more. However, this seems to be the land version and I enjoyed the altimeter as I hiked through Volcano National Park. Nothing beats the Atomic Solar watch.
Customer Review: drab green color
When I ordered the watch , the picture was practically black and white, and there was no mention of the drab green colored band. I was expecting a black or gray band. I looks fine, is good for treking out into the woods, but you might not want to wear it as often because of the color. I have not yet learned all of the features of the watch , but it seems to be easy, though not intuitive. You’ll have to read the instructions. Buy Casio Pathfinder Here

Customer Review: Very impressed
First thing I should say is that I ordered this watch on Wednesday and it was delivered to my home in Melbourne, Australia on the following Monday, which I was pretty impressed by. The watch itself is very nice - arrived in perfect condition in original packaging. Very impressed by the overall look and feel of the watch - substantial without being cumbersome and comfortable to wear. Worked out all of the functions within a few minutes of reading the instruction booklet. The only reason I’m holding off on the fifth star for now is that I’m yet to take the watch diving - will update my review then. Buy Casio Pathfinder Here
